Win a presentation box of miniature malt whiskies!

Our competitions are purely for fun and amusement. They are not a cynical marketing ploy and email addresses received
are never, ever, used for any other purpose than competition administration!

Looking at a map of Scotland, you can see many interesting words for geographic features.

For instance: some headlands are called "Rhinns", a "Carse" is fertile flat farmland beside a river,
"Sounds" are sea passages beside islands, a "Mull" is a finger of land going into the sea
and "Braes" are rolling hills.

Match the feature to the place.

1. Rhinns A. Doune
2. Carse B. Iona
3. Sound C. Kintyre
4. Mull D. Galloway
5. Braes E. Gowrie

Email me (AlanRussell@scottishwhiteheather.com) with your answers.

This competition will close at midnight (GMT) on 1st January 2009. The winner will be chosen at random from the correct entries received.

Congratulations to the winner of the last competition (finished at midnight, 1st October 2008),

Mrs B Smith, Tamworth, Staffordshire, England
